About the Programme
Recruit the youths and ethnic minorities in Islands district to participate in this project, promote community integration through various types of activities and classes, introduce participants to a cappella and experience the art of voice, and to demonstrate the art form of a cappella through multimedia with Islands as a featured backdrop.

About the Group
The first professional A Cappella choral theatre company in Hong Kong. The founding Co-Artistic Directors are Patrick Chiu, Ng Cheuk-yin and Yuri Ng. Currently led by Ng Cheuk-yin and Anna Lo as the Co-Artistic Directors, Yat Po Singers focuses on producing and developing original works to promote A Cappella art and demonstrate the innovative interaction of music and theatre. Besides, Yat Po Singers aims at enriching the arts scene particularly by nurturing young composers and artists, audience building and arts education. Yat Po Singers has garnered acclaim for their performances in various award-winning productions and has received the Award for Arts Promotion from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust in 2019-2022, the arts group organised a three-year elderly A Cappella choral and life enrichment project, which provided A Cappella training for the elderly in the community.
