Free Admission. Programmes conducted in Cantonese.
Naked-flame lanterns, alcoholic drinks, aerosol spray, metallic balloons or glass bottles are prohibited inside the carnival sites. The Presenter reserves the right to suspend or terminate admission to the carnival sites according to the situation on spot. Please follow the on-site instructions given by the Presenter and the Police.
