In autumn time each year, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department organises a Thematic Arts Festival in a different theme. It aims to foster the public's understanding and appreciation of the arts and cultures of Hong Kong, Asia and other parts of the world. The Outdoor Programme of the Thematic Arts Festival offers the public with free activities that inspire the elderly and young people alike as well as enhance their understanding of the theme of the Festival.
