Leading by professional dancers, using little object and practice of body movement to inspire the imagination of the elderly. The specially designed workshop will reignite every inch of the elderly’s bodies during the enjoyable movement.
A four-month workshop will be held to allow elders to increase physical perception from simple and subtle movements, and to enhance their physical control, concentration and coordination. Through the guidance from the instructor, let the elders to dance with their creativity.

To screen a documentary film of Body in Time of Community Arts Scheme 2019-20.
To introduce Body in Time through exhibition in various venues of Sai Kung district.
Featuring partcipants of the workshops to showcase their learning efforts.
Participants of the Advanced Workshops will perform in the finale performance.
