The project kicks off with a concert to promote and attract people in the district to participate. There are basic acappella training workshops at this stage allowing participants to experience acappella in group form. Lectures on different themes will also be held to provide basic training for all students interested in acappella. This phase will end with flash mob performances, where the participants can experience acappella singing in front of the public for the first time.

Advanced acappella training workshops will be offered that include advanced choral theory, vocal percussion and harmony training, etc.. Master classes on different themes will also be held to deepen participants' skills in different areas. Participants will share their results at an outdoor concert and bring their singing into the community.
Graduating Acappella Training Workshops will be organised to prepare students for the finale concert. The workshops will feature the selection of songs for the finale concert and two original songs as course materials.
