Human activities had been found in Tuen Mun since the Stone Age. After the development from Shang dynasty to Ming dynasty, Tuen Mun became a very prosperous port. Because of the prosperity, it aroused Portuguese ambition, planning to occupy Tuen Mun by force; Ming’s government ordered the troops to confront Portuguese.
Musical “Naval Battle of Tuen Mun” Touring Performances will lead the audience to uncover the little-known history of Tuen Mun page by page with wonderful songs and dances and humorous performance to know more about the Western corner of our Hong Kong: Tuen Mun.
